Alternate Examination Form – Business and Languages | You may apply for an alternate examination if you were unable to sit the final examination of your course. Prior Learning Assessment Application | Advanced standing may be granted to certificate candidates whose prior experience and/or formal learning demonstrates course material has been covered. TCard Permission Letter Request | A University of Toronto Student Card (TCard) is available to any student who is taking a course with the School of Continuing Studies. The TCard can be used to access all library resources and WiFi on campus throughout the duration of your course. To request a TCard, complete this form to receive a permission letter necessary to obtain this service. | Online Form | $20 |
Alberta Insurance Council (AIC) - SCS Confirmation of Completion Request Form | Agents and Adjusters who hold a certificate of authority from the Alberta Insurance Council must obtain 15 hours of continuing education credits as a condition of renewing their certificate of authority. Effective July 1, 2014 a “certificate term” means the period beginning on July 1 and ending on the next June 30. Please allow 10 business days to receive the SCS Verification Letter which will be emailed to you. | Online Form | No Fee |
Certified Records Analyst (CRA) Certification - SCS Verification Letter Request Form | SCS has a partnership agreement with the ICRM to allow eligible SCS Certificate of Records & Information Management holders, those with a minimum of 70% in each course, the opportunity to receive credit for Parts 2, 3 and 4 of the ICRM examinations. To take advantage of this exam credit follow the process outlined in the online form. | Online Form | No Fee |
