Information Management
ABOUT THIS PROGRAM
Organizations have access to volumes of data, which they need to organize, protect, and use to make informed decisions about their business. To that end, managing, accessing, archiving, providing and securing key organizational and user information have become invaluable skill sets – in fact, Information Management (IM) has been declared a ‘profession in peril’ because of the shortage of professionals equipped with the right skills (Information Management, Jan 2017).
Our courses cover the areas of records and information management (RIM), privacy, access, risk management and governance, information security and user experience design, addressing the needs of professionals looking to advance their expertise, their credentials, and their careers.
