CareerNav: Finding Your Way to Success

Blueprint Career Services is pleased to offer CareerNav, our one-on-one career exploration service designed to assist you with navigating your goals and empower you to take ownership of your career. These sessions will help identify your interests, skills, and strengths to help you build the career you want.

Our Career Strategist is here to provide you with  personalized guidance, including:

• Assessment profile – A detailed summary of your interests, skills, and passions to identify career needs.
• Advice – Insightful, practical recommendations for strategies, additional training, or further education that may help you reach your career goals.
• Resources and tools – Recommended articles, workshops, resources, and other tools hand-picked to assist you in your career decision-making path.

Offerings Available

Choose from a single session or select a bundle package. Each one-on-one session with our Career Strategist will help guide you and provide the tools and resources that will help you navigate your career path. 

SINGLE SESSION

• Review intake assessment to identify career needs/challenges.
• Identify barriers to achieving career goals and develop potential strategies.
• Discuss potential careers and industries.
• Provide resources and contacts to gather information on identified careers/industries.
• Follow-up and action plan within 24 hours after the session.

THREE-SESSION BUNDLE

SESSION ONE:

• Review intake assessment to identify career needs/challenges.
• Identify barriers to achieving career goals and develop potential strategies.
• Discuss potential careers and industries.
• Provide resources and contacts to gather information on identified careers/industries.
• Identify/discuss confidence-building tools. 
• Assign Skillscan assessment as needed to identify skills and potential career paths.
• Follow-up and action plan within 24 hours after the session.

SESSION TWO:

• Review Skillscan assessment results.
• Review information gathered on identified careers/industries and share insights on careers/industries of interest, labour market information.
• Assess suitability of identified careers/industries of interest based on personal and professional needs.
• Further support to connect with industry experts to gather insider information.
• Follow-up and action plan within 24 hours after the session.

SESSION THREE:

• Discuss learnings from connecting with industry experts.
• Identify a specific career/industry to pursue based on sessions one and two.
• Create action plan to achieve career goals. 
• Follow-up with resources and action plan within 24 hours after the session.

COST:

• Single session: $196
• Three-session Bundle: $596
